hellos! today morning wake up..not feeling well..online den went trng..tt dexter chin! u better come training tis friday! :D hahas..today..another coach teach us..mus find a partner..so find kenneth lor..:P well, aft tt play games..O.o zichang is so pro~ win all of us~ pro pro pro.. :D halfway malik's dad tok to us? dunnoe wat he toking..aft tt do some agility training..fcuk! blisters! den faster go change to slipper and zao cuz hassan wan pass us the shuttle..but saddly, i went to angmoikio! reach dere bath.. den went home aft having dinner ther.. :D and here am i now :D haass watching tv..bye..:D
